Brill!!

What an inspiratation!!

Any advice given by me is based solely on my experience in claiming, my experience in CAG or my opinion. I have no legal background. I want to encourage others to reclaim what is theirs.

Got a DCA breaking OFT guidance. Complain to the OFT about the DCA. Help put an end to these practices-

Thanks everyone - I kinda like my new title :D

Update:

Got letter from local courts saying 'The defendant filed an acknoledgemnt of service on 28th June and indicated an intention to defend all of the claim'

Got letter from Halifax 'without admission of liabillity, Halifax is willing to reimburse £xxx in respect of the bank charges incurred, together with £xxx in respect of approximate interest that Halifax has calculated was charged on your account as a result of charges and the other costs that you have specified on your claim form'

From Amanda Duncan

I now need to write to the court and tell them my claim is now settled.:D
