Advice Needed, Last Stage Bank charge!

Hi,

i am at the final stages of claiming my charges. i have sent the court form

off and they defended it allowing an extra 14 days. this was up on 6th May and i have contacted them only for them to say they will get back to me in a couple of weeks or so!

is there anything i can do or do i have to just wait?

I had to wait for a court date. mine is in july. i have been advised that they wont do anything until a couple of weeks before then.

Yep im afraid its a waiting game now.

You could look into the Court Bundle and start prepping for that.

You should edit your name out of your post, keep ALL personal stuff out of posts.

Once again, I find myself agreeing with Dar£n. Start looking into your court bundle, and get prepared. That's where I am now; I just filed claim, and I KNOW they'll acknowledge and defend at the last second, as they always do!

 

I'm getting the 'fixed' parts of the bundle ready now, and keeping an eye out for any new developments I can include as evidence.
