I have two claims running against Barclays - and both of them have now been transferred to the 'commercial courts'

When I spoke to Clerkenwell court this morning they said that this is now happening to all of the bank charges claims to try and free up court time.

Also, there was a judges order from one of the claims saying that I did not need to file an allocation questionairre.

Im just wondering if I should see this as a good thing - that the courts have woken up to the delaying then paying tactics of the banks - or an ominous sign?

If you want to spend some of your money from your new spending saving scheme why not buy a flybook laptop. http://www.everythingflybook.com. I can highly recommend them.
