Following a refusal by Lloyds TSB to refund my total charges, I am now considering court action. However I am unclear as exactly who I take this action against, would it be the head office of the bank itself, or my local branch? I have no complaint against them, just the 'system'. Any advice would be welcome

Hi, welcome to CAG.:)

You should name the defendant's address as the Gresham Street head office.

Be sure to have a good read through the FAQ section before you file though, and have a good read through some of the threads, so you know what to expect.

Also, its advisable to use an N1 form direct to your local court rather than filing online. See the templates library for all the stuff you need.

Keep this thread updated with your progress and feel free to ask about anything your not sure of.

Please remember to DONATE! Help CAG keep up the fight!
