Hi Everyone,

sent my LBA yesterday, a bit of a relief in one respect, but dreading going to the court stage and having to find £250 for the fee, (claim takes above £7k inc interest) unfortunatley I did'nt use the excell spreadsheet on the site  as I did'nt pick it up in time, however, I totalled all my charges + some extra that Abbey kindly pointed out on the microfiche copies:p and then very slighly added Compound Interest @ 16.9% at the bottom of the spreadsheet, as this can always be reduced to 8% by the courts (if I win) I just hope I have'nt made a mess along the way. I am going to give them until the 22nd May before applying to the courts etc, so any advice for the next stages would be very helpful.

Hi Chris. The beat advice I can give is to read, read, read . . . as much as you can around the CAG site - I did, and was amazed how quickly it all started to become clear!

To point you in the right direction, I'd suggest starting with the following -

Once you've read all of the above, I'd strongly suggest having a look at this - it's a brilliant 'sticky' thread from GaryH, that could well save you a huge ammount of work at the AQ stage, and later -

Hope that all helpful - all the very best with your claim - Adam

I do my best to be helpful, but at the end of the day I'm not a professional - please seek further advice if you're not sure. On the other hand, if I have helped, please click my scales - thanks ;)
