First of all.... thanks to all involved in this amazingly wonderful and informatative site....

I have about 8 credit card accounts and 5 past bank accounts I would like to initiate claims.... I have already started to open another bank account (just in case)

When applying for information under the DPA, if I have 2 personal accounts at the same bank, do I have to apply twice, ie 2 x£10? What about (at another bank of mine) a personal and an ex business account??

Again, same question really, when initiating a court case; 1 case for 2 personal accounts, or 2? 1 case for 1 personal and 1 business account, or 2 individual cases??

Once again, thanks, and I look forward to some advice...

Cheers

Jason

Compartmentalise it as much as possible for the moment. It is easier to keep control.

Send separate DPA requests.

Then calculated for each account and see what the total comes to if you add each account together.

Then decide about the court claim.

Hi

I just registered as well. I have an arrangement with payplan and im paying back my credit cards. However i have been unfairly hit with charges, even as im paying back, how do i check my history to summarise the costs? as i do not have all my statements?

Out of the 10grand i owe im sure about 4 grand are costs. even when i stopped using the cards they were charging me insurance for over a year!

Can i still make a claim even if im paying back voluntarily with payplan.

Thanks
