I have just received a statement from Woolwich and they have deleted my bank charges. I know for a fact that I had some there, because I had a letter from them saying that they was charging me £35 for a bounced cheque. HELP!!! Also I am still waiting for all my statements. Should be next week that I get them.

Princess, all well and good that they have not unlawfully charged you again this month however that has nothing to do with your intention to claim back the last six years worth, so just stick to your 40 day (plus 2 more for postal delivery).

If you still haven't received your statements through by this date, send Data Prot Act Non Compliance Template 3 Letter

ok im all set for pressing that submit button on the mcol tomorrow morning, i just need a few questions answered,

who exactly is it im taking to court the barclays or the woolwich? what do i put on the claim and what address, because i am with the woolwich but all the letters ive had back are barclays headed paper and address

also if they decide to settle before the actual court date ( when i get one) do they just settle the charges and court fee or do they pay everything including the 8% interest.

do i add the court fees onto the spreadsheet or just leave it

please could anyone let me know

Hi amanda

Going through other claims further down road than you, they have put Barclays Banks t/a The Woolwich plc.

They have used Barclays REGISTERED head office address of Churchill Place.

I recently had a notice through saying my two woolwich accounts are now barclay accounts so this would make sense to treat Barclays as the defendent.
