Husband took out loan in dec 2006 just realised ppi is on it.Looking at the agreement the box where you tick for ppi is already ticked and printed .so husband thought he was only signing for loan. Also the ppi agreement has not been signed on behalf of the company ,the portion that is meant to be signed is blank.Where do I from here:(

Hello and welcome,

Do you know how much you were charged for the insurance and the interest on top? If so, send them a preliminary letter requesting the total amount back.

If you don't know what the amounts are, send a Subject Access Request(costs £10) but worth it to get all the facts and then send them a preliminary letter requesting the total amount back.

If you need any help with letters just ask:D
