:-? Just spent hours playing with my MCOL template and the particulars of the claim do not fit in the 24 lines allowed. I note that lots of people use this method - does this mean that you miss some of the particulars out? or are they not claiming interest for example?? - as surely the banks can use missed details as part of their defence. Any thoughts welcome.

 

I think I will play it safe and obtain a N1 form from the Courts. :)

Hi dmb.

 

It is possible to fit the most common POCs into the form but it does take some juggling.

The N12 form, on the other hand will allow you fit it all in without any problem.

There is a downloadable copy of the N1 form in the letter templates library, that you can fill in then print out if you wish.
