I am searching for support! Having embarked on a claim against Lloyds Bank to recover charges incurred by my daughter( for whom I have Power of Attorney) I am at the Allocation Questionnaire stage.

I shall probably ask for a wasted costs order but wondered if anyone else was at this stage and how they got on?

Oh, by the way, am a solicitor, which the bank has not yet realised , and quite capable of dealing with this!!

Regards

Welcome ParentPower

Support duly offered but advice is probably not needed!

Start a thread in the LLoyds bank forum to let us know the whole story and also to get more help if you need it.

Good idea to attach the wasted costs order and also have a good read here for the details of the Draft Order for Directions that should also be added.
