Hi

You should receive a copy of their defence soon and you may get an Allocation Questionnaire to fill in, use these links to help with that:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general/57708-draft-order-allocation-questionnaires.html

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/11644-allocation-questionnaires-guide-completion.html

If you don't receive an AQ to fill in, have a look here:

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/general/80091-your-court-dispensing-allocation.html?highlight=dispensed+AQ

The bank could make a settlement offer anytime from now up to your court date.

Good luck, let us know how you get on.

  • 2 weeks later...

Lloyds were given 14from the 15th of april , they were since given 28 days from the date the claim was serviced so what is the date they have to reply to me by or they lose by default ? . I am not sure if take bank holidays and weekends into account when working it out .

forgot to add lloyds have a solicitor dealing with the claim on there behalf .

As far as I am aware it is calendar days you should be counting, so that includes bank holidays and weekends.
