Hi

I've just received a letter from Lloyds offering me £750 in full and final settlement and that it will be credited to my account in 10 days. I am not happy with this and don't know want to accept - but what do I do now? They owe me £1,800. Should I contact the bank and tell them what I am prepared to accept or should I go through the court. They never responded to my notice of services so I got a CCJ against them for the fully amount. Does this mean they will have to pay the full amout anyway?

Any help grately appreciated please. Thank you.

There you go, that should help.

It's a pity the chatroom is still closed as that place can really help with any doubts and fears you have.

Also good for just unwinding and having fun.

Still hopefully it won't be long.

It's basically a waiting game, seeing who can out stare the other - don't be the one to look away.

Many people do at this stage and give up.

Make sure you stick with the winners and you will be one!

DONT except it as full and final payment.

They will cave in eventually
