I have sent off to the Nationwide the first two stage letters and have had no luck. Received back letters saying that these are the T&C so too bad. My next stage is of to court, as i am from NI can someone tell me how i go about this, my claim is for £9,000.:(

I Have until the 7 May to put in my court claim. I cannot claim on line as i do not have a credit/debit card that i can use. As far as i know to claim at county court there is a limit and is my claim for £9,000 not including interest, is this to high to claim? How do i go about claiming back my charges. I have emailed Charles Bacon 1 week ago and he never replied. Has anyone ever been successful without going as far as court proceedings?

Thanks for your help:)

very few banks go to court, if any.

start a thread in the nationwide forum & have a read of a few past threads to see how others have gotten on

please don't hit Quote...just type we know what we said earlier..

DCA's view debtors as suckers, marks and mugs

NO DCA has ANY legal powers whatsoever on ANY debt no matter what it's Type

and they

are NOT and can NEVER  be BAILIFFS. even if a debt has been to court..

If everyone stopped blindly paying DCA's Tomorrow, their industry would collapse overnight...
