I'm a Benefits & Debt Adviser for an independent advice service. Lloyds TSB charged me £30 for going overdrawn by £24 for less than 24 hrs. Sent the prelim letter to the branch manager and received a two page reply explaining why they were not at fault but as a gesture of goodwill they would remove the charge. Clients are now coming to see us asking how to reclaim bank charges, may have to set up a specialist unit to deal with this.:p
