Hi everyone, been reading various threads and fascinating how experiences differ. I wonder why the banks put us through all this rigmarol. I have filled the online claim against LTSB and their solicitors have acknowledged. I have just become aware by reading the threads that I have to send a schedule to their solicitors. I will do so by tomorrow. They have only 14days left to put up a defence. Would the solicitors already be aware of amount I am claiming for?

Yes they should be, but with the banks, who knows?

Get the schedual to them, and the court if you haven't done so already, and then settle down to a bit of a wait. Not only are the banks stalling for all the time they can (which is very odd as its costing more and more in interest, court fees, solicitors fees etc), but the courts are at straining pont with all our claims.

At least it gives you a chance to dream how your going to spend YOUR money when you get it back;)

Good luck
