I have several accounts with JD Williams unfortunatly I got into difficulties paying these accounts as reccommended I sent them a CCA with the 1.00 payment I have just received letters from them saying thank you for the payment but your still in arrears should I send them another letter if so is there a template? or do I just sit tight and wait for them to default I am sure I never signed any credit agreement on any of the accounts as they were all opened over the internet in 2005, any advice or help would be very much appreciated.

Do as Vampyra says - it's not your responsibility to remind them of the law and they acn use the £1 against your debt if they want - it doesn't stop them having to comply with the CCA.

All help is merely my opinion only - please seek legal advice if you need to as I am only qualified in SEN law.
