Hi, just logged on and looked thru your site after a mate told me about his claim which he won, so printed off s a r, got appointment with hsbc in morning anyway ,so dont know if to take it with me or send it to canada square?, would i be safer sending it recorded delivery, or get a reciept of local branch?will let ya all know how it goes, lots of reading to do yet!,Cheers keith.

some peeps have been helped by their friendly branch who have given them copies of their statements there and then (make sure they are free),

also, you can try this:

INTERNET BANKING WEBSITE: -

HSBC INTERNET BANKING

 

HOW TO OBTAIN YOUR STATEMENTS ON LINE: -

Click on “My Accounts” choose the account that you wish to deal with and then click on “My Statements” this will give you online access to up to 6 years of statements. (Repeat for each account and use a separate spreadsheet for each account).

 

Hint: - Watch out for the moving "Prev" button it is replaced by "Next" which takes you back to where you started :rolleyes:

 

just a couple of ways to try to get the info without waiting for the sar.
