hi there,

firstly thanks to all the people who take time to post such good advice on this site.

 

i am claiming over £3k from lloyds however think ive made a cockup. I have received the std fob off from them following the prelim letter.

 

"Thank you for getting in touch with us, i am sorry you are unhappy about your bank charges.

 

"Like any business...."

 

Just about to send my LBA, !!HOWEVER!! just noticed after reading about that in your statment of charges your not meant to include o/draft interest...i have...whats the best thing to do now! i will hold off sending LBA until someone gets back to me.

 

Any guidence appreciated

Hi Barty, I think I included O/D interest on my claim, I am in court next month and it has not been picked up, watch this space i will tell you if it gets kicked out or something like that. saying that it was not a great deal about £10.00 I think

Hi

Lloyds have 14 days from the date the claim was served (it is served 5 days after you filed it) to acknowledge the claim, and then 28 days from the date it was served to enter a defence. You will then receive a copy of their defence and you may receive an Allocation Questionnaire to fill in. These links will help you to fill it in if you get one:
