Help

Just raising a claim on MCOL for £464.00 + interest for my hubby, but just noticed that they refunded £176.00 of this on 30/3/07. How do I go about my claim? Can they take the refund back, so should I claim for the whole lot, if not, I can claim for £288.00, but how do I work out the interest??

They hadn't even offered him this money, sneaky so & so's!!

Any help appreciated

On your spreadsheet just add the 176.00 into a column like you would a charge except put a minus - sign before it. Put the date refunded in relevent column and in charge type column just put Partial Charges refund. Will automatically calculate the revised amount for you.

Can you still claim the £12.00 charges back from credit cards? Are they still unlawful. Unfortunately we have more charges (I will learn one day). They have already paid us some back last year.

Thanks

Hello tiaposy.

As far as I am aware, yes you can. I have read threads (in my early CAG days) where people have claimed more than once against their card providers.

I'll see if I can find some links and let you know.

Hi

Does anyone have any ideas why capone would change an account number on a credit card?

Its my husbands card and I was looking through the statement and last year the number changed (I presume he had a new card)

How would this affect claiming back his charges?

Thanks

I have heard they are transferring old accounts onto new cards, then sending out new agreements. I am trying to get this confirmed, but my source is on holiday until the 5th Jan.

Some useful links.
