Am about to embark on CapOne. Card has £400 limit which was down to about £200 a year or so ago and we have not used it just paid minimum amount until a few months ago when we stopped paying them. Usual phone calls every day and am now ready to start with them. We now apparently owe them £740. Each month they charge overlimit fee, late payment fee, purchase interest (not aware that I bought anything as dont have the card anymore!) This month the first two being £12.00 and the last varies each month - this month £13.96 (presume this is compounded?) at 2.137%. Just checking that I am correct in thinking that I can claim all of the above back plus interest.

Have sent SAR off and just waiting for all statements to come back - not sure I have them all.

Regards Woody
