Hello and Welcome Disco.

 

Yes it can take yonks to find your way about. Have you read all the F.A.Q.s and Step-by-Step Instructions, saves you a lot of time in the long run. There is so much information to take in before you start your claim, it's better to spend a good week scouting round the site. There is a Letter in the Bank Templates Library you should now send to your Bank. Data Protection Act - Non Compliance. This should get a response. Have a look in your Banks Forum, read a few threads then start one yourself, if you need any help just ask.
