Oh dear I'm over 2 weeks late claiming with the court I just can't afford the court cost right now and even if I'm eligible to claim it back I still can't afford to pay it upfront. This sucks since I really need that money back now.

 

I can only do a MCOL too since I'm disabled. Oh the joy!

I does not matter if you delay by a few weeks.

 

You may be fee exempt or can obtain some remission, have a look here:

You can always post the N1 to your local court.

Just a quick update that I won't be pursuing this anymore until I've heard what the commercial courts have to say about it. The reason, well I was nearing the end of my Natwest claim (link in sig) and they put a stay on my claim till Feb next year. I'm absolutely disgusted but as always bad luck seems to linger around me. I wrote to the court contesting it but they ignored anyway (again with the luck thing).

 

I don't have it in me to fight with the courts as well, so I'll leave this one till Feb next year then give them all I've got.
