Could someone advise me as to the detail required for the MCOL service?

Briefly, I took on a room last year, but left after two weeks as it wasn't working out - frequent power cuts, worn out washing machine, wife shouting at husband etc. Should I include these points in my claim, or might they be considered irrelevant?

Also, should it be phrased always as "The claimant is claiming the return of …", rather than, "I am claiming the return of …"?

I'm after the return of the deposit, by the way.

Thanks in advance.

My advice is; if you are not a lawyer, don't speak legalese. Make up the POC and post it here for us- if we, who are not involved and have no idea about your circumtances can read it and get the gist of the story and your desired outcome, then that's all you need. Clear, concise, factual, no rambling frothy rants, no offensive terms. Remember the word count and the line count.
