ok trish it sounds like you have only sent the prelim letter now you must send the LBA giving them another two weeks to respond and then you go to court,

Hi tinytrish!...(...Or should that be Ms. Harry???...lol...:p )

ooooooooh....i been looking and looking and looking i still dont know how to take this to court...i been going round in circles
U don't drive a taxi in MK do U???...lol...:D

Have been on my hols!

Anything to update us with???

...or do U need a few more links to help U out further???

How to make a claim

Hi non-blonde!...lol...:p

Been on ur hols!!!! gawd i cant even afford to go to Clacton....lol
My 'hols' were spent researching/form filling/solicitor seeing, regarding a threatened Business Tenancy Re-possession...and all done daily more than 100miles from my home!

Clacton would have been a more preferable choice for me too

...if I had had a choice!!!

...cos i cant find the right form to fill in to take this to court, i sent Nationwide another letter, given them one last chance to pay up before we go to court, (still waiting for a reply)
To go 'freelance' is to encourage mistakes and confusion for yourself!

...Try exploring this website, all the answers are there for U.

......so if you pretend im a five year old, can you point me in the direction of the right form, pretty please:p
If U had read through my last link U would have picked up on the fact that U have one of TWO choices...

Either via the N1 Form, or via MCOL (Money Claim On Line)

Here is a further link that helps U compare them, cos both have their pro's + cons and it's a matter of individual preference and circumstance.

Grumbletext, UK consumer complaints

N1 Forms can be obtain from your local County Court or via the following link...

(...which incidently, indirectly takes U to the link in my previous post!)

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/844-n1-claims-form-pdf.html

The next link is a guide to help U fill in your N1...

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/681-4-particulars-claim-n1.html

If U choose to go down the MCOL route, here is another series of links to help U...

Her Majesty's Courts Service

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/helpful-external-links/10-moneyclaim-start-your-county.html

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/site-questions-suggestions/71369-getting-mcol-right.html#post614610

http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk/forum/bank-templates-library/34887-5-money-claim-line.html

Hope the above helps?!...:)

Now don't forget to drink your milk/wipe your nose/eat your greens or else Father Xmas will be told that U are a 'naughty' lickle gal...lmao...:D
