I'm so sorry to have started a new thread but i need a bit of urgent help!

I've just got a court date through and been asked to provide documents which i intend to rely on...... do i have to send copies of the first letter and the LBA i wrote to the abbey asking them to refund my money or just copies of statements and my schedual of charges???


Once again i'm sorry to start a new thread but i posed a question on my thread the other day and had no responce...:Cry:

What you are seeking is what goes in a court bundle.


The link below is what to put in. All copies of any evidence that you may rely on is the overall rule. So yes, copies of all letters and documention to date to do with your claim.
