Lloyds Tsb - Let The Battle Commence

hi all, i've been scouring this site for some months now, taking on advice from some wonderful people; thus far they have helped me through writing to lloyds and requesting a refund, recieving their regular negative response; to filing my claim at county court; thru the allocation questionnaire; to the stage now where a court date is set, and i am in the process of putting together my court bundle. i would suggest everyone has a go at claiming back.

Good Luck I am now in the same position with Barclays lets hope they turn up for court,i very much doubt because they know these charges are just day light robbery come on Banks pay up and look happy.

hi rudeboy i am also dealing with Lloyds they have just acknowledged my claim and intend to defend...there solicitor as put there details on this defence...you would think they would try and settle out of court due to costs...

Hi Jomad28, no the court bungle are not just the letters you have received and sent to the bank, there is a whole lot of other thing to include, witness statements etc. read the thread on how to prepair a court bungle, this should help you put it all to gather.
