Hi All,

i have had my statements and sent off a request for the repayment of my bank charges, but today the TSB have replied saying they are not willing to cancel my charges i take this as a refusual to repay me,i am correct in thinking this?

And is the next step a letter to TSB threatening legal action? or do i start legal action straight away.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Many thanks.

Hello and welcome, Phil.

Yes, you should now send your Letter Before Action, giving the Bank 14 Days to comply or you will start Court Procedure.Have a look in the Lloyds TSB Forum, read a few threads then start one yourself, helps people in the same boat as you keep up to speed with youir claim.

Any advice I give is honest and in good faith.:)

If in doubt, you should seek the opinion of a Qualified Professional.
