Llyds Tsb bank charges

hello there

I am in the process of reclaiming my bank charges with that awfull bank Lloyds Tsb.

I started the initial complaint at the beginning of march.

Does any one have any success stories they could share with me to give me some motivation?

I was wondering how long the whole process took?

Only reply if you are dealing with Lloyds also

Hi Juc,

 

I have had 2 cases against lloyds and unfortunately they do seem to take it right up to the line. I actually had 2 decrees granted against them by default because they do not turn up to court.

Do not be put off by anything they throw at you, go onto the lloyds success stories and that will give you plenty of hope. Everything that will happen to you has already happened to someone else so there is always someone to give advise if you need it.
