Hi all

Just received Court papers which state

- venue has kindly been re-allocated to somehwhere near me!

- no need for allocation questionnaire thingy

From the posts I have been reading today, it seems this is the way forward from now on aas far as Courts are concerned.

Also, from what I gather, I just have to wait for Court date now.

Some of the posts are saying it would be a good idea to write a letter to HSBC solicitors now and ask for an offer?

- is this the best route now?

- why not just wait for Court date and get the whole lot?

Cheers everyone :)

Hi reclaimijt. I received my transfer letter Thursday and did a nudge letter to DG. If you want I could PM a copy of it for you.

well done - glad you got your own thread!

take a look at this thread i've written - post 1 in particular

New---after 28 Days - Maybe No Aq!!!!!!! (multipage.gif1 2 3 4 5 ... Last Page)

the whole point of this exercise is to get dg to make you a full offer.

the courts is secondary - it's the threat of court action that makes dg send you an offer. so, now is the time to send dg a nudge letter and another copy of your breakdown - a nudge every 10 days until they offer is my advice. so, take a look. if we can help with anything else - let us know.
