Hi!

Well I've got my Barclays claim well under way and just waiting for an AQ, so I thought I would go get FD. My account with them is now closed and I am just paying off a bit each month, so seeing as I wouldn't be in this miss if they didn't charge so much I'm gonna get my money back off them too!

So its SAR time!!!!! Does anyone know are FD taking as long as Barclays to get their statements out? And are they as hard to crack?!!!:D

tori, did you know there is a subsection on this forum for first direct

First Direct if you'd rather have your thread in it - as that's where you'll get better advice - just ask a mod to move you there. not that you aren't welcome here - you are - you just might get better help there.

Hey tori

Just thought I'd pop in to see how it's going with FD. I'm sorry I don't know how long they take getting SAR out, I had all my FD statements.

Good luck, I'll keep looking to see how your getting on.

Hey tori,

Received a letter this morning from FD offering full amount £1147, sending back signed form tomorrow.

So all I can say is I WON not bad, considering I only sent 2 letters, alot easier than barclays.

You won't be far behind now.
