Hi there, I'm new to posting so hope I'm posting this in the right place. I'm claiming for £2050 from Barclays. I got a letter from them today saying they'd received my letter and were looking into my complaint. But they said it may take up to 4 weeks and couldn't stick to my timescales of 14 days. What do I do? Do I wait 4 weeks, or is there another letter I can chase them up with to make them stick to my timescales?

Many thanks

Just wait the 14 days then send the LBA letter from the templates library.

Usual time wasting tactics from Barclays, they are all the same.

Have another read of the FAQ's so you'll be fully aware of the processes and ready for the next step of your claim.
