Hi to all

I have been on this site before and am in the process of re-claiming charges. My next step is to send the prelim letter I think. I have worked out everything on the spreadsheet and the Woolwich owes me about 5k. How do I access the prelim letter in the library. Everytime I try it asks me to log in again and I cannot move on.

Help appreciated

K

Maybe start a thread of your own to gain more support through the rest of the stages?

Is really useful and allows more people to see and help you through.
