Hi all,

Sent SAR to Copy Statement Unit, Swallow House, Birmingham and Royal Mail Tracking shows that this was delivered and signed for (name available) on 26 March. However, I have heard nothing. Cheque was enclosed. Any suggestions as to my next step? Thanks.

You just need to wait until the 40days are up. Mosts peoples taking at least 40days at the moment. There's a letter in the library to send once the 40days are up "SAR non compliance" I think it's called

Good luck

Barclays - 2 Accounts - WON

Capital 1 - WON with CI

LTSB pre 6 years - N1 for non compliance filed

Barclays pre 6 years - Prelim sent

Hi lewis,

Time does seem to drag on, it's not in the banks interest to respond quickly they are in no hurry to give you your money back. They will probably come back and Acknowledge you letter then tell you the statements will follow in a couple of weeks.

Things do pick one you have done your LBA

Just remember the countdown has started till you get your money back

If i've been helpful in any way....then tip my scales over there!
