Just received my Order from the Court after returning my AQ .... it has been ordered that the case be transferred to the London Mercantile Court, anyone know why this has been done, or what it means with respect to my case? Good? Bad? HELP! I'm beginning to feel a bit worried and loosing faith in myself that I CAN see this through!

Cheers, SB x x

PS. Filled out AQ as peradvice in templates library, attached the draft order and explained it had been devised by Mercantile Court for similar cases.

stick to the procedure and timetable as per the step by step

some do naturally start to worry as court action approaches and the banks will try hard to rattle you so you give up or settle cheaply

read the other threads and see what others have done

stick to it and you'll win

and without having to actually stand up in court

be brave, thank about the money and winning against them
