Hi all,

I've got first hand experience of CAG which helped me and my girlfriend get back our money which various banks have '[edit] over the years, so I appreciate what a fantastic site this is and well done all of you. I now need help of a different sort.

 

I'm a producer for ITV News and today we're covering the British Gas billing crisis. Have you been incorrectly billed by BG, and have you had a nightmare trying to get through to customer services to sort it out? If so, would you like to tell the nation about your ordeal on the telly?

 

If you can help, you need to be available for filming today. We can get a camera to you, (provided you don't live in the outer hebrides or the top of Snowdon!), and would need maybe an hour of your time or less to interview you.
