We wrote to them on 4/3/07 to claim back charges they sent a letter on the 22/03 telling us that they would get back to us about it no later than the 13/04. We then had a letter dated 11/04 telling us that it had been forwarded to the head office customer relations unit and they would get back to us no later than the 14th may? Shall we go ahead with the letter before action as it just seems that they keep fobbing us off and dragging it out?

Yep-send out the LBA.

 

Barclays are just trying to fob you off, if you will pardon the expression!
