Hi,

 

Can anyone help I it will be 28 days on Tuesday that moneyclaim filed a case against Barclays Bank.

 

They repiled after 14 days saying that they intend to defend they claim in full.

 

What happens next !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a standard format for Barcleys. It is a way of having you intimidated or re thinking your claim and maybe starting to think about a lesser offer.

The above link is important to read and understand!

 

It takes 5 days for the claim to be deemed served.

 

Remember they do not have a defence, so it is a delay tactic as well as an intimidation tactic - so don't panic and sit back and wait and read up on more for the next few days.
