:o Here goes!!!!! :o

My Prelim goes out tomorrow for £835 - not a huge amount I know, but 'tis mine!!!

Do Lloyds tend to go all the way for this low amount?

If at first you don't succeed, dig your heels in!!!!!!!!!!:D

First Direct - SAR 27/2/07 ; Statements received 30/3/07; Prelim sent 31/3/07

Barclaycard - SAR 27/2/07; Statements to '04 received

Hit List - Halifax; Lloyds TSB; M&S Credit Card

Thanks for your replies guys. :-)

Gowd!! Was hoping for this to be easy.

Am also claiming back from First Direct and Barclaycard. I think that FD might be a little easier but I am claiming a large amount from them (£3.5k) and dont get me started on B/C.!!! They dont even send out the statements.

I guess it must be worth it in the end
