Hi

I was wondering if anyone had used an oustside company to reclaim their charges?

Quite a lot of them are no win no fee and ive found one that charges 10 per cent of the amount recovered (i have around 6k to claim)

I was considering using an outside company as i run my own business and am very short on time plus id have more confidence using someone who does it for a living rather than doing it on my own

Any help much appreciated

NOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. The things i have read and heard is slow, not bothered and a waste of time. SO do it yourself and you will be a winner and have the satisfaction of winning against the banks. Stop reading the Sun:D

I have considered using one of these companies, a local solicitor was advertisiing in the local paper for it.

I just dont have a money to take the abbey to court - i got to this stage last time and I didnt have the money for the court fees - therefore my thinking was if they was paying for it all let them take there cut, although I have lost the contact details of the local company and it didnt state its feees, my claim was for roughly £1500.

if your claim is roughly £1500 then you have i believe £30 to file at small claims unless you are on benefit which means you can do this for free. And you may have to pay £100 for allocation questionnaire although a lot of judges seem to not ask for one these days. That is IF they have not settled prior to your claim. Most of the No Win No Fee people take 25% fee, so they get at least £375(their cost is losing you £250 plus interest).

i think i know what i would do
