Hello all,

first post, so apologies for any waffle.

i am attempting to claim charges back from HBOS for my credit card and have requested & received statements and have sent the "Request for repayment of charges" letter along with my schedule of charges listing dates, amounts and reasons. i have just received a letter from them stating they are unable to refund the charges as they were applied to my account as per the original agreement.

what should i do next? i have read the FAQ's posted here but cannot find anything relating to my circumstances.

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Ok read the step by step instructions(linked in my signature), you need to send the LBA. Also start a thread in your bank forum.
