definatly a wind up. doesn`t matter what account you got.they took your money, it`s time to pay back! they would and are doing the same with you only they don`t bother taking you to court. they just saying we take it and it`s done.don`t get scared by what ever they say, the court has the final saying that`s all what count`s.

good luck.:D

Guest louis wu

a penalty charge is the same no matter what account it originated in.

Just continue your claim as normal.

Best of luck
