Hi

I have looked around the site but although I can see a number of contact addresses I cannot find advice as to the best address to send one's letter requesting my last 6 years statesments.

If anyone can advise I will be grateful.

Thanks

Dovid

I sent mine to my local branch.

Lots of people send it to:

Data Protection Office

Barclays Bank plc

1 Churchill Place

London

E14 5HP.

That's Head Office. Most of your letters will be going there during your claim.

Make sure you use the CAG templates for your letters; they're tried and tested, and they WORK!

Best of luck,

David.:)

And don't just ask for 6 years, either. You may be able to claim as far back as you can get information for!

Go here to find LOADS of help and advice.

Golden rule is: KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.

Do lots of reading while you're waiting for your statements to come.

Anything sent to your bank should be recorded delivery/registered post then they cant deny they recieved it!

Barclays - claiming £2710!

Offered £2030! Offer rejected, filed MCOL 21/05/07!

Abbey - Settled!

Ksenia - did you request statements by phone or letter?

If it was a letter, what EXACTLY did you ask for?

Was your letter a CAG template, someone else's, or did you just write your own request?

And what date did you ask?

:)
