after i got a claim back which they havent put all of it into my account they NWB have charged me another £28 now can i claim this its the banks fault for making me overdrawn , have i to send LBA letter also im thinking of charging the bank for my LBA letter and costs ie recorded letters ive sent its getting me down all this hassle.

Lordi, yes and you now know the process. Just because you claim does not exempt you from being charged again

im a bit worried if i claim for the money they have given back only part so do i just ask for the whole lot start as they havent given me it all back, i dont wat to be done for fraud lol

Lol........ I know what you mean!!! If they've already paid some of it back, demand the rest of it back. Can't believe they've only partially refunded them in the first place - cos they know you're prepared to take it all the way. I think I'd phone them first, and if they're not willing to pay the rest back tell them you'll be issuing LBA giving them 7 days to comply (Nattie'll shout at me if I'm wrong though!!!) But at the end of the day, how long are you supposed to go through this??? Go for it Lordi - be really businesslike with them and hopefully you'll get a result. Let us know what they say as well. xxxx :p
