Hi all,


Am a previous Lloyds TSB customer and am about to embark on claiming back charges for a current account and for a credit card. I'm at the very earliest stage in the process and want to send the SAR in the next few days to get the ball rolling.


Can anyone advise if I should go about trying to claim separately for each account, or are they happy for you to do it in one hit if its the same bank?

I thinks its safer to approach this as 2 seperate claims.


Within the bank the 2 organisations wll be seperate, and it would get too messy to do it as one. For what its worth though, you only need to send one sars request and one £10. Make sure you include that its ALL accounts within Lloyds that you want the data from, and quote both account numbers.
