I bank with the Halifax and have sent them the secound letter,recieved letter back saying four week period to investigate my complaint and will be in touch before 24/4/07!Can someone tell me about charges i am getting now can they be added on or will i have to claim seperate?

Yes charges that are added up to filing the court claim can all be added(in fact they can even be added AFTER this point but it is subject to a fee)

Its just a case of sending the bank an updated schedule in each instance of further charges being added by you to your claim/request for refund.

If you have had a negative response to your LBA then you can begin the court claim.

You have no obligations to give them further time.

They know this.......and hopefully you do too!!

Welcome to the forum.

 

As Martin say count all charges up until court date. I have made a claim against the Halifax; and it will most likely go all the way, up untill a couple of days before court and then a full offer.

 

Please take time to read the faq's

After reading some threads can some one give me advice i am currently in a debt managment plan and have some very old debts 8yrs plus.Can i ask them for my CCA and would it matter that i paid them for so long before asking for this?also how would it affect my DMP do i stop payment till CCA is produce,any help thankfully recieved,as debts total 30k+.
