Hello,

I've just joined and i've been having a look at some of the stuff and it's really inspiring. I've been getting shafted from the Clydesdale Bank for as long as I can remember and they are certainly not very approachable at the best of times. I'm still really skeptical about the whole reclaim thing and i'm not going to count my chickens! Has anyone ver heard of a Bank refusing to pay - even after going to court or do they always fold?

Give me something to look forward to!!!

Welcome to the site.

Of course they pay out.......just the same as the rest.

As you will notice there have been some interesting revelations made recently.

You can learn more by reading the forums here and looking at the Clydesdale bank threads.

Hi and welcome to the site,

You've definately taken the first step into claiming back what's rightfully yours.

Here are some pointers to help you on your merry way:-

·Spend time reading the FAQ's and the Step by Step guide as this will stop you making mistakes along the way

· Use the letters and spreadsheets in the Templates Library as these have all been tried and tested in successful claims.

·Read as many threads as you can especially ones that relate to your bank

·Most importantly of all this is a SELF HELP site and won’t do the work involved for you. However, everything you need is on here somewhere.

·Don't be afraid to ask any questions, no matter how stupid they may seem, but please remember that any advice that you receive is normally based on experience only and is by no means legally binding.

·Once you start the process of your claim remember to open a thread in the relative bank forum, this will enable you, and others helping you, to keep track of your claim.

You might get inspiration by taking a look at how I have managed to reclaim over 4k worth of bank charges.

All the best in your claim!!
