Basically you have been charged, you can claim.

 

Bounced chequs, direct debits, standing orders.

In answer to your question, all of the above, plus anything which is an excessive (unfair) charged.

 

If you have your statements you will see what the charges are (all banks have slightly terminology), if in doubt look for debits that are regular round figures, ie £20/25/30/32/35 etc.
