Some help/advice if possible please.

I've had a CCJ granted against me. When the initial court documents came through, i admitted the debt and asked to pay monthly. This was rejected by the creditor and a hearing date was set. Unfortunately, i couldn't attend the hearing as i had to attend a meeting at work to find out if i was being made redundant.

I've now had the judgement through saying that i have to pay the amount in full (which of course i can't do).

Is it possible to apply for a time to pay order even though i'd already asked for time to pay on the original court documents? (i think that was a time to pay direction. something slightly different, but i'm not sure)

If not, is there another option?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
