Can anyone tell me how you should keep your charges and interest intact in order that the judge can't separate them. My claim also includes pre six years charges. I've read Glenn UKs thread but don't quite understand what he did.

Hi Aoife - If you use Vamp's spreadsheet (which runs in Excel), as I did, charges and interest are all on 1 sheet and can't be seperated. If you don't have Excel, there are various other spreadsheets in CAG's library, all of which do more or less the same thing as far as I know. I would put a link in for you, but have to admit I don't know how to do that!!!!!!!!!

Hope this helps, or have I totally missed the point? Adam.

I do my best to be helpful, but at the end of the day I'm not a professional - please seek further advice if you're not sure. On the other hand, if I have helped, please click my scales - thanks ;)

Hi adam

I getting confused i have pm'd Glenn to ask him. I think perhaps it is a matter of just making one claim rather than how it is set out but i don't know........they way i've done my spreadsheets Abbey could certainly add up each columnn and come to individual figures.... plus i'm wondering if you need to set it out differenly on the values on the N1. I'll see what Glenn says. All the best Aoife

Hi, main bit of advice (and I'm sure it was Glenn's too) would be for you to state at the beginning of any conversation or in any correspondence from now on that it is Without Prejudice.

I would also not agree to anything verbally - say you need to think about it, say you're not totally happy with their figures and need to just go over them, anything so that you have time to think whether it's a trap (ie them trying to drive a wedge between the charges and interest) and can write/E-mail back accordingly. For example, when James was trying to negotiate with me and picking holes in my interest argument, I managed to keep the charges figures changing as I "found" some missing ones, and I went back by E-mail with a global charges+interest figure so he couldn't agree just the charges. Eventually, they'll run out of time and be forced to cave in. That's their own fault for leaving settlement discussions so late ! Regards, Mad Nick

Hello Nick

How are you doing. I see what you 're saying. From now on all WP. I am sending N1 off tomorrow final figure is pretty high - I've got some wording from zootscoot for the POC on pre six years. Just one thing though - as you're here - did you mention mutuality and reciprocity on your N1?????
