Hi everyone:D


Just registered & new to all this.......it'll take me a week to navigate round this website:oops:


I'm currently in the process of claiming my charges back from the Halifax £1130.39.


Last week I received a letter from them stating "We are sorry to learn that you are unhappy with the charges debited from your account.":-x


They also stated they had 8 weeks to investigate & respond to complaints. Is this normal or a stalling tactic?


I am now going to the FAQ section to try & find some answers.

Please take time to read the faq's

Please find your banks forum and start a thread;

(your user name) V (banks name)


This is yet another stalling tactic, stick to the timetable in the templates library.
